Q. How much does it cost to have mobile cash machines at my event?

A. Assuming your event is big enough (as a guide over 5,000 people) and you meet all our criteria we will come and provide the mobile cash machine service free of charge. (Dependant on the event, we may ask that you provide security during operational hours. If your event is smaller or does not meet all our criteria we may charge you a small fee which is fully refundable assuming the mobile cash machines reach a transaction level threshold)




Q. Do you cover the whole of the UK?

A. Yes, we are national and cover the entire UK




Q. Do the mobile cash machines need to be on high ground?

A. Not necessarily, but it does help. Typically we would do a signal test prior to the event to ensure the best/strongest signal and therefore location of mobile cash machines the machines.




Q. What power do the mobile cash machines require?

A. Our mobile cash machine trailers require 1 x 16amp single phase. The standalone units require 1 x 16amp per machine.




Q. Do you charge to take money out?

A. Typically we charge between £1 and £3 per transaction, dependant on the event. We do not charge for balance enquiries.




Q. What do you require from the event?

A.
  • Access to power (including distribution)
  • 1 x Security Guard during operational hours (in some cases we will provide our own)
  • Vehicle + Trailer Pass



Q. What cards do you accept?

A. Switch & debit cards. We currently do not accept credit cards or American Express.

A. The foot print is 5m x 2m (2 metres high)
